Last summer, on a visit to Sweden, my parents treated us to many foraging walks, and we came home with baskets full of the 'gold of the forest': Chanterelles, aka kantareller. Oh my, nothing beats a sandwich topped with buttery chanterelles. We also picked the last crop of blueberries and lingonberries. All these wonderful colours, smells and tastes helped me design this Lagom range.
